Where We Deliver
We deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above AED 150 — enjoy free shipping anywhere in the UAE.
- Orders below AED 150 — a flat delivery fee of AED [25] applies, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days.
- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes [2–4] business days, depending on your location.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Payment Options
You can pay securely online by Visa or Mastercard, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD), available across the UAE.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation with tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp — so you always know where your package is.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim to deliver on time, occasional delays can happen during peak sale periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or courier issues). If there's any significant delay with your order, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are complete and correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, but if something goes wrong, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
