- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Please ensure you keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during a sale or gift cards.
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the return process outlined above. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply: the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
