Terms and Conditions - The Princess Choice

These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products offered by S R E Z TRADING L.L.C, trading as The Princess Choice ("THE PRINCESS CHOICE," "we," or "us"), through the Site. These terms and conditions, along with the order and dispatch emails, constitute the agreement ("the Agreement") between you, the customer or Site user ("you"), and us.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting updated terms on the Site. The terms applicable to your purchase will be those in effect at the time of purchase.

Please note that these terms and conditions pertain to product purchases and do not cover your use of the Site. For Site usage, refer to our separate Website Terms of Use. Also, see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal data.


  1. Place your order through the website following the instructions provided. Our order process allows you to review and correct any errors before final submission.

  2. After placing an order, you'll receive an acknowledgment email. However, this doesn't indicate acceptance of your order.

  3. We'll confirm acceptance by sending you a dispatch confirmation email once products are dispatched. The Contract between us is formed upon sending this Confirmation.

  4. If we can't supply a product due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., out of stock, delivery date issue, pricing error), we'll inform you via email, and your order won't be processed. If you've already paid, a full refund will be provided.

Payment and Prices

  1. You authorize payment upon order placement, which may be charged anytime between order placement and our acceptance.

  2. Product prices are clearly listed on the Site. If an item is under-priced due to an error, we won't be obligated to provide it at that price, and we'll inform you before accepting your order.

  3. Prices include applicable VAT (if any). If VAT changes between order and delivery, we'll adjust the amount, unless you've paid in full before the change.

  4. Product prices don't include delivery charges.

Availability and Products

  1. Orders are subject to product availability. We can't guarantee continuous availability of items shown on the Site.

  2. If we can't provide a particular item due to uncontrollable reasons, you won't be charged for that item.

  3. Packaging may differ from images on the site.

  4. Product images are for illustration; colors on your computer screen may slightly vary.


  1. We may not provide an exact delivery date at order placement. We'll try to give you an approximate time and contact you when a specific date is available.

  2. While we aim for next-day delivery within the UAE, specific delivery dates aren't guaranteed. We're not liable for delivery failure due to circumstances beyond our control.

  3. Delivery charges are detailed on the Site.

  4. Though we'll try to deliver on the agreed date, we won't be liable for delivery delays.

  5. Delivery will be to the address you specified in the order form.

International Delivery

  1. Orders for delivery outside the UAE may incur import duties and taxes. We can't control these charges and can't predict their amount.

  2. You're responsible for these import duties and taxes. Check with your local customs office before ordering.

  3. You must comply with the destination country's laws and regulations.

Your Right to Cancel

  1. You can cancel or change your order before dispatch by contacting us.

  2. Refer to our returns and cancellation policy for your right to cancel without reason and how to exercise it.

  3. Some items (personalized, perishable, hygienic) may not be returned unless defective.

  4. Products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

  5. If products are defective, notify us within a reasonable time for refund, repair, or replacement.

Our Liability

  1. Our liability exclusions may apply if you're not a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  2. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

  3. Defect claims must be made promptly. Failure to do so waives your right to reject products.

  4. If products are unsatisfactory, unfit, or not as described, notify us within 30 days for a refund. After 30 days, we may require proof of the defect on delivery.

  5. For foreseeable loss due to contract breach, we're responsible. We're not liable for unforeseeable loss.

  6. We're not responsible for business losses.

  7. Our liability, except where prohibited by law, is limited to product price.

Payment Rules:

  • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

Trading and Services:

  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

User Age and Registration:

  • Customers using the website who are minors or under the age of 18 shall not register as users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Transaction Records and Security:

  • Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and comply with merchant policies and rules.

Account Confidentiality:

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and login information.


  1. These terms are subject to UAE law.

  2. Disputes may be resolved efficiently in line with applicable consumer rights.

  3. To initiate court proceedings, do so within the UAE.

  4. If you're using the Site on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that business.

  5. We may transfer our rights and obligations under the Agreement.

  6. These terms are severable; if any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

  7. Our failure to enforce terms doesn't waive our rights.

  8. We're not responsible for breaches due to circumstances beyond our control.
